St\u00e1l u zrodu jen stres a na p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed nebylo zkr\u00e1tka jin\u00e9 p\u00e1ky, ne\u017e ho p\u0159ej\u00edst? Nebo zkr\u00e1tka j\u00edme o\u010dima a nem\u016f\u017eeme odolat kr\u00e1sn\u011b nazdoben\u00fdm z\u00e1kusk\u016fm nebo nezdrav\u00e9 strav\u011b? V podstat\u011b sami v\u00edme, kde je na\u0161e slabina. Kdy\u017e je skute\u010dn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 nadv\u00e1ha, tak mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit tak, \u017ee vlastn\u011b v\u016fbec nepom\u00e1haj\u00ed, ale t\u00edm p\u00e1dem ani nemotivuj\u00ed. Je p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi p\u00e1r mo\u017enost\u00ed. Je\u0161t\u011b upravit skute\u010dn\u011b j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek podle odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edch hodnot a hl\u00eddat si kalorick\u00e9 hodnoty v\u0161eho, co sn\u00edme. A pak m\u016f\u017eeme vyzkou\u0161et tablety na hubnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 budou ur\u010deny pro skute\u010dn\u011b vysok\u00fd stupe\u0148 obezity. Pokud ani to nezabere, pak je mo\u017en\u00e1 na \u010dase zvolit drasti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cestu, ale tak\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnou, jen to bude cht\u00edt po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 poradenstv\u00ed s l\u00e9ka\u0159em. Je vytvo\u0159en mal\u00fd p\u0159ed\u017ealudek a ten se napoj\u00ed na tenk\u00e9 st\u0159evo. T\u00edm samoz\u0159ejm\u011b kles\u00e1 pocit hladu nebo nutnost j\u00edst a tak\u00e9 se lid\u00e9 c\u00edt\u00ed d\u0159\u00edve nasyceni. \u00dabytek hmotnosti je znateln\u00fd, ale pokud n\u011bkdo chce, aby byl \u00fasp\u011bch dlouhodob\u00fd, tak rozhodn\u011b nesm\u00ed sp\u00e1t na vav\u0159\u00ednech. Je t\u0159eba se zapojit aktivn\u011b do \u017eivota a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm se za\u010d\u00edt zdrav\u011b stravovat.
